Useful claims need a visible basis.

See how Lake Martin Seawall separates official requirements, local observations and planning advice, with source links and review dates for important claims.

Which sources carry the facts?

We prioritize current agency guidance, municipal and county departments, and the association responsible for a stated neighborhood process. Developer maps help identify neighborhoods; they do not establish legal property boundaries.

How are unknowns handled?

An inaccessible document, missing price or unresolved jurisdiction is not filled in by guesswork. The guide asks the relevant question or points to the responsible office. Older editions do not silently replace current rules.

What does a review date mean?

The date records when the cited material was checked for the stated claim. It does not promise that an agency will keep the same fee or procedure. Confirm requirements again before submitting or signing.

How are changes evaluated?

A change is checked against the source and every page that uses it. Numerical examples retain their units and assumptions. Promotional claims, invented project histories and fabricated reviews are not used.
